The format for all stops
will be as follows;
A 5 game block of qualifying
across no less than 10
lanes with the field
being cut to the top 16.
The top 16 will then
be seeded into a 16 person
bracket. All matches
will be single game with a double
elimination format..

A one time $25.00 ASBT
fee will be charged to all bowlers. $10.00 from each new
bowler goes to the top 16 tournament.
The dress code is as
follows; SLACKS WITH A COLLARED OR MOCK COLARED SHIRT.
No Jeans/shorts/hats/t-shirts. These bowlers(not in dress
code)will be allowed to bowl but not win the bonus prize.
The dress code is waived for FIRST TIME (ASBT) bowlers.
Entry fee of 85.00 per
stop, with a breakdown as follows;
65.00.......................................prize
15.00..................................lineage
5.00...............................expense
With a tournament date
of Oct. 7th the due date would be Oct. 3rd. All ASBT members
will be allowed to notify the tournament director and
pay on site if the notice comes prior to the Wed. before
the stop. Members will have to pay $125.00 after the due
date, if notice has not been given to the Tour. Director.
Once a member NO SHOWS after notice has been given then
all future stops will have to be pre-paid. All non-members
will pay 105.00 when they enter past the deadline.Then
the$20.00/ $40.00 would beeakdown as follows;

0.00/5.00...........................................expense
One in five ratio will
cash. Prize fund will be paid 100%. All stops will pay
the top 8 with 25 or more bowlers!
In case of a tie for
the last bracket spot a one ball roll-off will determine
the winner of that spot.
Qualifying will determine
points for those put out during the same round of the
bracket.
Tournament Director and
all Directors bowling in said tournament will have final
ruling on all disputes and rules.
USBC rules will govern
all not covered above.
Check-in time is at 9am
with bowling at 10am. The ASBT will bowl on the first
Sunday of each month, minus Dec. The top 16 tournament
will be held at a site to be determined later, and this
stop will be held in late Aug.
The season starts in
Sept and runs through Aug.
